Users page rehaul and 3D Secure payments
Say hello to Users & Set-up page!
We have spent a lot of time composing and testing the new layout of the User list. We’re aware it was not always intuitive and easy to navigate. As SignatureSatori grows, what was once sufficient requires more attention and this is the first step in “polishing” the user interface.
As you can see, we have put together users in Credit mode and Subscription – no more clicking and switching between them! Users in Subscription are now marked purple and Credit users in orange.
If you want to manipulate the users, simply tick the checkbox next to their name. You will now have an option to Set signatures for them or move them in or out of the Subscription.
After you choose one of the options, it will be recapitulated and you’ll need to confirm it. And that’s it, nothing complicated!
What are 3D Secure payments?
We care about the safety and security of your account. That’s why we introduced support for 3D Secure payments, providing an additional layer of protection against fraudulent payments. You can learn more about them on the website of our payment processor.
This transition required us to introduce more stratified Billing information. If you already have a SignatureSatori account, please check your payment info to make sure we transformed your contact details correctly.
